ISS is seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of sites including commercial, education, aged care, and community housing in Port Macquarie. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and coordinate facilities services across multiple sites

• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety standards

• Oversee financial budgets and asset management plans

• Build strong client relationships and lead ISS team members

• Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

🎓 What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary or trade qualification in Facility Management or Business

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Solid understanding of operations, maintenance, and risk management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to service delivery
