About the Role:
We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our global team, this is a full-time role at our Milpera Office. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service. This role will closely work with the Operations Manager/Team and will also optimize the productivity while meeting all aspects of OHS and cost objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
- Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
- Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency with MOYB warehouse system
- To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience checking delivery sheets
- Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse
- A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Current Forklift and Drivers Licence a must
- Comply with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice, as well as Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Policy and Standards relevant to area of responsibility
