We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join us as Administration Support on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day reception duties and office services, acting as the first point of contact for our visitors.

Availability:
3 days per week, 9 AM to 3 PM (Monday is required)

Snapshot of Your Day:

  • Coordinate the onsite maintenance schedule for contractors, ensuring a professional image and excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative functions for the Distribution Centre with attention to accuracy and high standards.
  • Provide reception duties and administration support, including payroll and accounts.
  • Assist the Director with daily tasks and administrative duties.
  • Support Distribution Centre staff with compliance and risk management.
  • Word-process reports, quotations, correspondence, and assist with spreadsheet and database processing.
  • Coordinate functions, travel arrangements, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

What You Must Possess:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and visitors.
  • High customer service focus.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
