We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst to manage and optimise our ISS Tableau data infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to expert for user management, data integrity, and dashboard creation—helping our teams and Client stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Create custom dashboards and reports for senior management and monthly reporting using Tableau Desktop
 
- Set up new users, monitor existing users’ activity, and troubleshoot system issues
 
- Act as the primary point of contact for ISS and Client users, providing expert-level Tableau consulting and support
 
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks of data sources, visualisations, and dashboards
 
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards, offering technical support as needed
 
- Present and explain data insights to ISS management and Client stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
 
- Define, implement, and enforce security policies, manage access control, and set up monitoring systems for secure and efficient operations
 
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
 
- Tableau Accreditation
 
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar business analyst role
 
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
 
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
 
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds
 
- Results-focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems, generate solutions, and collaborate for successful outcomes
 
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative, and commitment, while managing multiple priorities
 
Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance
Preferred:
- Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or similar
 
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, macros)
 
- Experience with corporate accounting systems
