We have an exciting opportunity to join ISS as a Facility Manager supporting our premium client, Premium global Brand. This is a full-time role based in Rhodes, Sydney, with frequent visits to retail boutiques and trade locations across Australia and New Zealand.

As Facility Manager, you will oversee hard and soft services delivery, including maintenance, project management, health, safety & environment compliance, and subcontractor management. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, driving service excellence, and supporting retail and trade network locations .

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day FM operations across Premium brand boutiques and trade sites
  • Oversee maintenance, minor works, and project delivery from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and statutory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational change
  • Manage subcontractors, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Conduct regular site inspections and operational reviews (WOR/MOR)
  • Build strong relationships with Premium Coffee Brand stakeholders and ISS teams
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including capsule recycling programs

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, property, business, or FM qualification
  • Experience in retail store design, shopfitting, or construction advantageous
  • Proven track record in facilities management and team leadership
  • Strong technical FM knowledge and project management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations
  • IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
