The Opportunity:
Are you a qualified Pool Operator looking for a unique FIFO opportunity in regional Western Australia? Join our dynamic Resources Operations Team and take responsibility for managing a well-maintained community swimming pool while enjoying an attractive 7 days on, 7 days off roster.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our client's public swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a public 50m swimming pool
- Maintain water quality and pool plant operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine inspections and testing
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for patrons
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Support seasonal pool programs and community engagement activities
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential Requirements
- Group 1 Pool Operator Licence
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Bronze Medallion
- Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
Desirable Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating a Group 1 swimming pool
- Chlorine Awareness and Operator Training Certificate
- Experience managing salt chlorination systems
- Strong understanding of pool plant operations and water chemistry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
