We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide exceptional front-line service across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland. This role involves a 14:7 DIDO (Drive in and drive out) roster, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
  • Greet and assist guests and clients with professionalism.
  • Manage and maintain records, documentation, and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute client documents as required.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and document management.

Minimum Criteria:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster.
  • Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems is a plus.
