Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Kitchen Hand at our Burwood location.

 The Position:

• Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures
• Preparation and presentation of meals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks in a Health Care environment. 
• Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and work bench.
• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded.
• Must have full ability to work over a 7 day rotating roster, over different times of the day.

Minimum Criteria:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable
• Prior experience in hospitality 
• Must have a valid Police Check within 3 months
• Must have all 3 COVID VACCINATIONS
• Previous experience in a similar role within a health care facility
• Ability to work within a rotating roster
